Each oversized spherical lamp features a glossy dual-glaze application. The lower portion of the ball-shaped bodies is finished in a deep cobalt blue iridescent glaze. This specialized studio finish creates a color-shifting effect similar to an oil slick or carnival glass, shifting from navy and violet to flashes of deep teal and emerald green as you move around the piece. The shoulders are accented by a contrasting, metallic gold splatter glaze that catches light.

CONDITION: Very good ++ vintage condition, both heavy ceramic bodies are entirely free of structural cracks, deep chips, or hairline fractures. The glossy iridescent and metallic gold glazes remain highly reflective, and free of color fading.
